Have you been curious about sound baths, the subtle body or struggling to find that inner stillness within? These journeys have been intentionally curated for relaxation, realignment and rest.

Every last Sunday of the month, a sound bath will be held at the Blooming Energy Studio. Each session will have a different chakra  woven into the experience. These ancient energy centers are like spinning wheels of light within our body. Through sound we listen, soften and invite our system into ease and harmony.
