Have you been curious about sound baths, the subtle body or struggling to find that inner stillness within? These journeys have been intentionally curated for relaxation, realignment and rest.
Every last Sunday of the month, a sound bath will be held at the Blooming Energy Studio. Each session will have a different chakra woven into the experience. These ancient energy centers are like spinning wheels of light within our body. Through sound we listen, soften and invite our system into ease and harmony.
Enjoy this in a floating hammock or on your mat for extra grounding.

New Moon Micro Retreat
A New Moon experience, intentionally curated
Held on a private ranch and guided by Michelle, Shawna, Camryn and Emma. This intimate micro retreat is designed to feel both grounding and elevated—where nature meets deep rest, intention, and refined care.
Each element of the evening has been thoughtfully woven together—from breathwork and reflective journaling to river immersion, Reiki-infused sound, a nourishing shared dinner, and a heart-led closing circle.
This is a small, intentionally held container to ensure every guest feels supported, seen, and spacious enough to fully arrive in their experience.

We Gather | Sexual Assault Awareness Fundraiser
This April, We Gather is honored to bring together a yoga, reiki, and sound bath fundraiser in support of Sexual Assault Awareness Month—and so grateful to be co-creating this space alongside two incredible community centers. North County Rape Crisis and Child Protection Center and Velvet Movement Academy. When healing hands and open hearts come together, something truly powerful unfolds.

We Gather • A Women's Circle | Cacao Ceremony • Reiki • Sound Bath
An intentional afternoon to slow down, reconnect, and realign.
Michelle & Shawna have collaborated with Alexa to invite the ancient sacred medicine of Cacao into the circle. Step into the healing space where Cacao, Sound and Reiki weave together to support heart softening, emotional release, energetic clearing and nervous system bliss.
This journey we'll gather in circle with warm cacao in our nurturing hands, sound healing to gently guide you to settle in and Reiki energy to clear and restore balance.
This is a space to soften, release and receive.
This gathering is offered on a sliding scale of $47–$57 to help keep the space accessible while supporting the energy and preparation that goes into creating it. If you’re able, choosing a higher tier helps make lower-cost spots available for others in our community.
